You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your paid features remain active until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again.

We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your conversation limit. Your chatbot will never go offline — we simply suggest an upgrade. There are no surprise charges or overage fees.
