Free Plan
The free plan has no subscription charge and no refund requirement. You may stop using the free plan at any time.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription refunds may be reviewed when requested within seven days of the first paid charge and when usage has not exceeded a reasonable test allowance. Renewal payments are generally not refundable after a billing period has started.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions may be reviewed when requested within fourteen days of the first annual charge. Approved refunds may exclude consumed usage, taxes, payment fees, discounts, and delivered services.
Setup, Training, and Implementation
Custom setup, migration, training, workflow configuration, CRM integration, authentication setup, deployment assistance, or consulting services are non-refundable once work has started unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Cancellations
Paid plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. After cancellation, the workspace may remain available until the end of the paid period unless the account is closed for security, abuse, or policy reasons.
Data After Cancellation
Account data, chatbot content, leads, transcripts, and integration settings may remain available according to the applicable retention settings and legal requirements. Workspace owners may request export or deletion through support.
How to Request a Refund
Contact the CallVert team with the workspace email, invoice number, plan name, payment date, and refund reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
