Using CallVert
You may use CallVert to create AI website chatbots, scan approved website content, add knowledge, train responses, collect leads, configure workflows, connect integrations, authenticate protected steps, and deploy website widgets for lawful business purposes.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for account credentials, workspace users, chatbot content, visitor notices, integration permissions, workflow configuration, billing information, and compliance with laws that apply to your business and customers.
Acceptable Use
You may not use CallVert to send spam, collect data unlawfully, impersonate others, process prohibited content, bypass security controls, overload systems, violate third-party rights, or mislead visitors about how data is collected and used.
AI Output
AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing knowledge sources, testing workflows, setting guardrails, monitoring conversation quality, and deciding when human review, protected verification, or handoff is required.
Integrations
When you connect CRM, email, Slack, data tables, e-commerce systems, webhook endpoints, or other services, you authorize CallVert to send and receive data according to your workflow configuration and integration permissions.
Data Security
You must configure the service in a way that is appropriate for the data being processed. Protected account, order, billing, or private business data should use verification, access control, and approved integration destinations.
Billing and Refunds
Paid plans bill according to selected subscription terms. Usage limits, message allowances, add-ons, and plan details may change with notice. Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Service Availability
We work to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, third-party service issues, or security events may affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallVert is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
