We collect information needed to provide the CallVert service, including account name, email, company, workspace settings, website URLs, scanned website content, custom knowledge, chatbot training instructions, workflow configuration, integration settings, billing records, device logs, and support requests.
How We Use Data
We use data to create and operate chatbot workspaces, answer visitor questions, capture leads, run workflows, sync integrations, protect accounts, process payments, provide support, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and improve product reliability.
Chatbot Conversations and Lead Data
Workflows may collect visitor-provided fields such as name, email, phone, company, role, budget, timeline, product interest, order number, support issue, or appointment request. Conversation transcripts may be stored with lead records so teams can continue with context.
Integrations and Data Sharing
When a workspace connects CRM, Slack, email, spreadsheet, e-commerce, helpdesk, webhook/API, or other services, configured lead and conversation data may be transmitted to those destinations. Workspace administrators control which integrations are enabled.
Security and Compliance
CallVert public security references include GDPR Compliant, CCPA Compliant, SOC 2, and 256-bit SSL. Security practices should include encrypted transport, access controls, protected workflow verification, domain controls, audit-friendly operational records, and vendor review.
Retention and Deletion
Workspace data is retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal requirements, prevent abuse, and support business operations. Workspace owners may request export or deletion subject to account verification, legal obligations, and backup retention schedules.
